Terry Marquez, Deb Fry, Linda McKarney and I (Gabrielle Studenmund) met and sat on the deck of the Wine Cellar 8/14. We first talked of our love for Bruce Goldstein's memoir, "Puppy Chow Is Better Than Prozac" and hence decided that memoirs are going to be our focus in reading selections. We chose our next book "The Glass Castle" as it sounds like a great memoir. In other news, "Pupy Chow Is Better Than Prozac" must have inspired Linda to adopt a puppy. ASSIGNMENT: Read The Glass Castles to page 122 (about half the book).
